Casa Alegria

 

Alegria means 'joy'. The apartment is sunny and we have decorated it according to our own taste. We feel happy when we are in our apartment in Spain.

 

The apartment can accommodate 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms each with  a comfortable double bed and spacious built-in cupboards. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower and 1 with a bath. Both bathrooms have a toilet.  The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and washing machine.  

 

Bed linen and towels are provided.

WIFI, viber internet connection and flat screen TV available.

​

The terrace is equipped with patio furniture and offers a beautiful view of the swimming pool, the golf course, nature and the sea.

​

There is a sun lounger which can be used either on the terrace or by the pool.

​

For your  car you can  use two  underground parking spaces.

​

Our manager speaks english and will welcome you on your arrival.

​

In short, everything is there for a pleasant and carefree stay.

Calanova Grand Golf is located 5 km above La Cala de Mijas, a pleasant coastal town with numerous restaurants,  shops and a nice beach.

 

The beautiful and even for experienced golfers challenging golf course Calanova Golf is located next to the urbanization. On the terrace of the clubhouse  you can also enjoy the beautiful view as a non-golfer, while enjoying a drink or tasty meal.

Within a radius of 20 kilometers there are no fewer than 13 golf courses.

There are also plenty of nice sights. Beautiful mountain villages, such as Mijas. Fashionable places such as Marbella or Puerto Banus. For shopping pleasure, there is a local market somewhere every day and there are several shopping centers.

The urbanization
 

Casa Alegria is located in a gated  urbanization with 24/24 surveillance. Quietly situated in the hills above La Cala de Mijas, with an exceptional view of nature and the coast. The urbanization has 2 swimming pools, 1 of which is open all year round. There are 2 padel courts. The gardens are beautifully landscaped with attractive ponds. There is a playground for the children.
